How do I buy a horse?
Go to an empty stable that you wish your new horse to go into. If this is your first ever horse then you should already be in front of your empty stable. Select the button that looks like a horse head with a plus sign. This will take you to the newspaper page. On this page you can flick through the available horses until you find one that you want and can afford. Once you have done that press the buy horse button. You should be returned to the same stable. Press the stable door and you should enter to see your new horse!

How do I feed my horse?
Press ‘Items’ to view your inventory. This inventory is only for this horse. You should see a 3 x 3 grid, this is where your “stuff” is stored. If this is empty you will need to purchase feed from the feed shop. You can go there by pressing ‘Map’ and then look for the feed store. Once at the feed store, select the item you wish to buy, set the amount and then click buy. Your purchase will automatically be added to your horse’s inventory. Return to your stable on the map. Then go back to your ‘Items’ tab, you should see the food you just purchased. Now drag the food with your finger to the metal bucket on the bottom right of the page. Let go of your finger when you are satisfied or hold your finger over the bucket. Holding a stack of food over the bucket will continue filling it up. The feed bucket can only hold 5 stacks of 5 or 25 in total.

Why does my horse keep eating?
When your horse’s hunger is down or if your horse is under-weight, your horse will continue to eat until it’s healthy and satisfied.

How do I give my horse water?
Press ‘Items’ to view your inventory. The top right bucket represents your water bucket. Touch your finger and hold it there to fill up the bucket with water.

My horse is really stressed, what do I do?
When your horse’s trust is low, your horse will get stressed really easily by things such as sweeping in the stable. Your horse can also get stressed out by extensive training or competitions. There are two ways to get your horse to calm down. One is to leave your horse alone for a while. Two is to stroke or groom your horse. The effectiveness of grooming to calm your horse will be more effective the higher trust you have with your horse.

What do I do when my horse is sick?
When your horse’s health is low there’s two things you could do. One if you have the money (as it is expensive) you can take your horse to the vets, which is available on the map. They will give you a full health checkup and assessment as well as offer you medication to help your horse. Note that the vets rates depend on the rarity of your horse breed. Two is to make sure your horse is stress is down by grooming, the horse and stall is clean, your horse’s feed and water bucket is full and then finally to just allow the horse to rest.

    Can my horse die?
Yes and No. If your horse’s health reaches 0% then your horse will become a ghost horse. Your horse cannot train or do competitions etc when your horse’s health is low. However the good news is your horse can recover from being a ghost horse. As soon as your health goes beyond 50% your horse will be restored as normal. But you will never lose your horse due to its health.

Could my horse die of old age?
No, horses will never die. However horses do retire after a certain age. You are still able to use your horse as you normally would but certain things maybe harder at such an old age, for example, the selling value won’t be as high and health will deteriorate faster.

How do I buy another stable?
When you are outside the stable, where you press the door to enter, you will see a button on the bottom right. This will tell you how much it would cost to purchase the next stable. If you have the funds, go ahead and select this to purchase another stable. You’ll see that arrows either side of the stable door will allow you to switch between stables.

How do I buy another horse?

On this page you can flick through the available horses until you find one that you want and can afford. Once you have done that press the buy horse button. You should be returned to the same stable. Press the stable door and you should enter to see your new horse!

How do I train my horse?
Press ‘Map’ to enter the map from within your stable. Look for the training center. Go here and you will be given the choice of either speed or stamina training (for race horses) and obedience or appearance (for show horses). Then you can pick a level for which to train. The harder the training sessions the more your horse will progress but will return more stressed, takes longer and will be more expensive. Once you have paid to begin training you will be taken back to the stable and if you press open the door you’ll see how long the horse will be out training.

    How do I earn money?
There are a few ways of making money. The simplest and the most boring is an empty stable will give rent every hour. The most common way to make money is to budget what you have until your horse can compete in competitions but bear in mind that your horse won’t win much at first but it may help you get some food. Also prizes from competitions can be sold from your inventory for a little money. When your horse starts doing well in competitions you’ll be making a lot of money from prizes. The other way is to buy horses cheaply as possible then restore their health or even train them a little. Before selling them on, as you can make good profits from selling a healthy and well trained horse.

How do I enter my horse in competitions?
Press ‘Map’ from within your stable. Look for the career center. This is where you can sign up for different level competitions, either in show or race.

    How do I win competitions?
Making sure your horse is as healthy as possible. Hygiene is important for show horses, as is weight for race horses. Make sure you are training your horse in a balanced way, for example in speed and stamina equally not just speed. Also make sure the horse tack / accessories your horse is wearing is the best you can get by visiting the horse tack shop. Ultimately winning takes training, the higher level your horse, the better he or she will perform.

How do I sell my horse?
Press ‘Stats’ from within your stable. There you will see how much your horse is worth and a button marked ‘Sell Horse’ pressing this will give you a warning before selling your horse. Note that when you sell your horse all items from that inventory will be removed.
