I put out an update (v.1.0.3) for the full version of Baker Business 2 on Android / Google Play. Hopefully this will fix the issue. Please let me know if it did or didn’t fix it, or if you notice any significant changes. I’m sorry that you have been experiencing issues starting the full version of Baker Business 2. I must say I am a little puzzled, as I’ve not heard of this happening before, where the demo does work and the full version does not. I have a few questions that may or may not help: Did you purchase the game on the same device you were testing the demo on? Did you uninstall the demo before installing the full version? If you purchased the game via Google Play / Android, it would link that purchase to that google account. It would then require an internet connection to confirm with the google servers that you did indeed purchase the game. Perhaps confirm that your account is still logged in on your device. Did it give you any error messages when opening? Or did it freeze on the logo?

Are both devices active with the same gmail account? If not, they would need to be in order to verify the purchase with that gmail account. If it is the same, what do you mean when you say “kids restricted accounts”? Perhaps another app is preventing access to the internet or perhaps you need to give permission for Baker Business 2 to access the internet?

The app needs to have internet access in order to verify the license with Google. It won’t need to do this every time but occasionally in order to verify the purchase. Likewise the Google account used to purchase the app must be active on that device.

Baker Business 2 Christmas Edition has now been released on Apple iOS – including iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch!

Does the problem only occur in the kitchen? Does it happen when you click on an item on the shelf in the bakery / when a customer makes an order?
Was it like that the whole time or did it change?
